My Account
I am getting an error message when I try to create my account.
  This could be caused by two issues:
  • When creating your account, please do not use any symbols in your Company Name. If you have an "&" in your company name, please use the word "and".
  • You may already have an account set up. If you are unsure, please try the Forgot Password link on the sign in page. To access this, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. If you do not have an account set up, you will receive a warning message.
How do I create a wholesale account?
  Torre & Tagus is a wholesale company. If you are interested in becoming a retail partner, please set up a new account.

1)
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your information under the "Create a New Wholesale Account" section
3) Click submit. If you do not receive a confirmation page, please see the section above regarding receiving an error message.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
